Poor service delivery

I rented a townhouse through Rawson, without getting into to many details it was the worst experience ever. They take forever to respond to emails, things that need repairs take forever or just never get done. When I gave notice they made very sure I barely received my deposit back even though the house in most ways was in better condition than when we moved in.
