Poor Cliente Service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>My parents are pensioners residing in Vaalpark, Norther Free State. We have been dealing with a specific Rawson consultant who has done little to nothing to assist my parents in selling their house.</p> <p> </p> <p>He had an appointment with them the show their house. A day or two before the scheduled appointment he cancelled on account of the weather. On the day he was set to show my parents house we drove to a house in Vaalpark and saw that he was actually showing another house. What kind of service is that?</p> <p> </p> <p>My parents didnt want to do anything about it and let the matter go. Up until now, more than 3 months later, the same consultant has not bothered to even give them a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that should I ever want to sell a house and based on the experience with Rawson my parents had to endure, I will never make use of Rawson.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope that Rawson will still be able to prove that they are good realters.</p>
