Poooooooer service

I am selling my home through Rawson propperties. Magi in Sasolbirg branch helps us. 1stly: she did not inform us in regards of all the moneys we as sellers will be responsible for to pay to sell our home. 2ndly : she informed us that we can make arrangements to move out from our proppety by the 1st of may because the buyers will like to take occupantion and pay occupation up to registration. So we as sellers done this as she adbiced us. Now we are informed that the buyers wont move in. WE HAVE TO PAY 2 PROPPERTIES NOW? And worst of all is that Rawson just dont care that we as sellers have to pag 2 propperties due to her promoses to us and the propperty we are selling now is being vandalized.
