I rented a property from Rawsons in Tokai and moved out at the end of November 2014. According to the rental agreement the rental unit was to be inspected by Rawsons to determine if there are any damages prior to moving out. This was done and it was confirmed by Rawson that there was no damages. I was complimented for maintaining place. The agreement stated that Rawson will bank the deposit (R21500) at a bank and will refund the deposit together with all interest accrued within 21 working days. This never happend. After tediuos and constant demands, part of the deposit with accrued interest at 4% was paid to me after 2 months. Rawson breached the lease agreement by callously deducing money for \maintenace\" in spite of the inspection done. Again after tediuos and constant demands and advising Rawson that it has breached the lease agredment, Rawson agreed to refund the unauthorised deduction. To date this has not happened dispite the numerous promises.<br> <br> Rawson you are being unfair in your actions. I have been far to patient and I cannot continue calling your offices to get you to do what you are supposed to do. Do the right thing and pay back the money. "
