Pathetic service

The worst company to hire for your rental. Specifically their ruimsig branch . The take commission on time but when it comes to providing service they are the most pathetic . The rented my property out to a tenant and the tenant has not paid the rent for Jan 2020 . When i asked them to get hold of the tenant they simply say sorry sir he is not responding to our mails or calls . When i tell them to cancel the contract and ask the tenant to vacate the place they say sorry sir it is not our problem and me as a landlord should solve my own problems.
