pathetic rawson

A mate of mine is renting a house in Wilgeheuwel,Roodepoort and has had plumbing problems and W&L overcharges since he moved in January this year. He provided them with a quote from a registered plumber,and I read the reply from Rawson. It stated that the owner does not have the money the fix up the problems.So he decided to terminate his lease based on that,but they told him he will lose his deposit. Judging by all the negative reviews,it seems that is a trend of how they treat tenants. I told him to escalate the matter,because it is flippen ridiculous!!
