Never sign a lease agreement with Ravina Latchman from the Umhlanga Rawsons branch, pathetic and underhanded business dealings just to make commission, how disgusting. Donald Taylor the franchise owner is no different, dont even bother complaining , nothing gets done. Try escalating your complaints to National Head office in CT, gets even better, Head of National Rentals, Judy Pick, a waste of time and energy. Had I known and read these reviews about Rawsons, I would have never chosen them to rent a property. I can't wait to honor and complete the balance of my lease in a hell hole which we pay a fortune for on a monthly basis. Truly disgusted with behaviour of these people who only have their own interests at heart!
