Not responding to phone calls or emails

Apart from Telkom this is probably the worst service I've had in years. The agent repeatedly ignored my emails and never returned calls as promised. He was supposedly wrapping up the paperwork for a potential tenant for my apartment which was probably a lie.<br> <br> Tried to phone again and he just started hanging up. I will never use Rawson again!!!
