Not refunding my deposit

I moved out of a house I rented in Fichardtpark bloemfontein and Rawson properties refuses to pay back my deposit of R9800. I ask them, and they could not give me proof of any monies that I owed them. They are very arrogant and do not respond. This brings down the Rawson brand as the principal dealer JACO DE Lange does not wish to sort the problem. utterly disappointed.
