NOT PROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF COMMUNICATIO
My fiance and i where looking for a place to rent,Rawson prop advertised a vacant apartment at Graceview cnr.We app**** for it, got approved on the 03rd Dec and we where requested by Felicity from Rawson to pay atleast R600 to secure the place,which we did..same day of the 03rd ,she acknowledged the receipt of the funds and said she will send the lease agreement to us so that we can move in Saturday the 05th of Dec.<br> <br> so we decided to go check out the place the same 04th Dec evening ,to our surprise when we got there the same unit was already taken and people moved in the day before... which was the 02 Dec 2015.<br> <br> is there no communication between the care takers and the agents???!!
