Not living up to promises

On Feb 25 first said wished to lease a flat in Westridge /Glenwood from Rawsons. I asked for two urgent repairs for security. They Said would have garage door repaired and lockable. I moved into flat on 1 April and signed the lease. <br> This was a lie as front door and garage door still is not lockable. Also Ravi attitude in deflecting responsibility is deplorable with what I view racially derogatory statements about last tenant. <br> They are sending yet another person today as a rouse for a quote. Not to fix security.<br> <br> Could have stayed in last flat till repaired though I trusted their false lazy promises. <br> <br> Tom Morton
