Not complying with regulations stated in contract

In November 2014 we found a propety to rent in Meyerspark, Pretoria. The Estate Agent at the time was Debbie Schlemmer. We had a meeting to discuss the terms of the lease aswell as any issues that arose from the property.On 01 December 2014 we signed the lease agreement. In this agreement we stated a list of important things that needed to be repaired/maintained such as the plumbing in both bathrooms and the swimming pooal (was damaged and not in working condition). The electricity on the property was also in non working conditions throughout 80% of the property. We were assured by the agent, Debbie Schlemmer, that these issues will be attended to before date of occupation. We fought for 5 Months with Rawson Properties and Debbie Schlemmer, who later resigned in March/April 2015, to get the electricity, plumbing and pool repairs done. in April 2015 our electricity was finally repaired. With that sorted out we could focus more of our fight power on getting the plumbing and pool repaired. It has been 9/10 Months now and we are STILL struggling to get these issues attended to. We have sent Rawson Properties several quotes and they have not approved nor declined any of them.
