No service and withholding my deposit

Rawson secunda very useless, no client service and very rude. They withhold my deposit and don't answer any questions of emails that we send to them or they deny that they received any email at all. They don't do any type of maintains to the unit that they rent out and they demanded us to leave work to accommodate them at the end they don't pitch up for quotes. They think it fine that people live in such condition that unbearable and unsafe. The manager is never at the office if we ask the lady at the reception. They received mails from us and our lawyer, this matter will not be moved one side this will be delt with.
