<p>I wrote 5 days ago with regards to my deposit that was never refunded by Rawson properties Northridding They claim there are damages done by me and my house mate that they cannot prove. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our deposit was payable on 27th December 2016, till today our deposit hasnt been refunded or any improvements done to the unit we stayed in.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is rediculous and *******. I cant get a lawyer as legal fees will be far more than my actual deposit and they know this!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am desperate to get my money back, what am I to do!?</p>
