No professionalism!

Bad experience with an agent today.

Confirmed yesterday for a viewing at a property today at 1PM. Arrive at the complex and message the agent asking what number the unit is, she does not reply. I call her at 12:55 and the call cuts. She calls back at 12:57 to tell me the house sold the previous evening.

Surely its common professionalism to then cancel your appointments in advance if the house is no longer available. We drove all the way out , during work hours, for nothing.

I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism.
