No news with regards to my tenants that have left

tenants were renting my apartment through rawson, and they ended their contract last month. I still have absolutely no news of where my keys are, and how to have access to my flat, and I haven't even seen how the flat was left. I did pay a fee per month which is quite costly for them to take care of this, instead throughout the whole entire lease it's been a massive waste of money with the worse possible service. I've had 3 different service agents looking after the flat, they have all left rawson, and no one has once provided me with feedback, Gerda was to give my keys back last week, when I called she had left for 2 weeks- leave. Ben, which ensured me the service would change, has still not called or rep**** to any of my emails. I urgently need my keys, I urgently need to see my flats condition and they better give me my flat the way it was found, that's what a fee is paid for. Extremely unhappy with the property agent and I will never use them again to rent out any of my apartments, service is absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
