No feedback on application

Me and my husband saw a property to rent from Rawson properties. We had a look at the house on the 28th of December. We then filled in an application form and we where notified that admin will only be done on the 2nd of Jan when offices opens. We were assited by Mariaan.

After we have send the application through on the 2nd, we had no response for 3 days. My husband phoned after 3 days to know whether the application is through or not, and Mariaan mentioned that the owner was on holiday and will let us know asap.

It is now the 8th of January and still have no feedback. At least just let us know whether the application was successful or not. We wanted to know if we can give a month's notice at our current place or not. And it is now too late. Poor customer service and will never go through Rawson properties again. First and last time.
