No Deposit

After it took me less than 1 day to pay an estimated amount of R5000.00 for a holiday on 31/03/2015.<br> I was told a deposit takes up to (maximum) 30 days to be paid back.<br> <br> After 19 emails back an worth I have still not recieved my deposit back in 38 days, I phoned the Rawson branch. This is where Friedhold, has an EXTREME bad attidue and absolutly no manners,<br> <br> Why do I have to beg and please for something that is mine afterall ???<br> <br> I would not recommed Rawson to any person I ever encounter only because of this man's horrible attidude.
