No Answer/Communication - Lazy rental agents

Was interested in renting a property that Rawson advertised on property24, after failing to get a response on email on their emails and through property24, I sms'ed and called the agents with no response/answer. HORRIBLE service, unacceptable - now I know why property managers and rental agents don't have to get a degree or even a certificate from a decent place of education. I mean is it that difficult to just respond - its no longer available? Like is it not your JOB?
