NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE RENTING PROPERTY OUT VIA RAWSON NORTHRIDING

Renting my property out via Rawson Northriding was the worst experience of my life. After living in the property for 5 years myself I knew it was in pristine condition when renting it out. However the Rawson "pre-approved tenants" could not afford to pay their rent some months, and every month something "required" maintenance which was never checked with us first before proceeding to get expensive contractors out for the jobs. 3xaircons all required "servicing" during different months of 2021, despite one being <1 year old. The Wendy house apparently needed revarnishing after only a couple of months the tenants were there, a contractor was called out to take a look at a "shower head"... and the list goes on. And do not think anyone has compassion for the financial crisis they have played a huge part in putting you in. Taryn is super unprofessional and extremely rude to say the least. I hope no-one ever has to go through anything like this ever. Unless it's one of the Rawson agents themselves. I have sold the property and have been put off Rawson forever.
