Never expect any customer service from Justin Steven!

I want to advise everyone looking to rent with Rawson Properties in Johannesburg, never to make use of one of their agent named Justin Steven. He is not serious about customer service and it is a complete irritation to get a hold of him. He never answers his phone, and is never in the office.

I recently app**** to rent through Rawson Northriding where the above named agent is working. I got all the required documents from him, filled it in and sent it back. He said he will forward the signed application form and supporting documents to the relevant department. 2 days later when followed up about the outcome of the application he only informed me that they need clearer bank statements and a proof address. I feel, that he should have communicated that with me immediately. After sending him clearer bank statements and proof of address, he only responded again that he will forward it to the relevant parties ASAP.

The following day I still had no feedback regarding the outcome of the application. I tried contacting him again only to not get ahold of him again.

This all happened during a very stressful time in my life. A new job, a new city and everything unknown ahead of me. I chose Rawson because it is a very reputable company, and I really thought that I would get excellent service that would help relieve my stress. But the complete opposite happened.
