NEVER EVER RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE! (Rawson Northcliff)
<p>From all of the agents i've rented from these are by far the worst! Absolutely non-existent communication regarding anything, when we had repairs that needed to be done we had to follow up with them at least 5 times before anything happens, they would tell us that they are sending over a repair man whom we'd wait for 2 weeks! I vacated the flat on the 31st of January and till this day I am waiting for my deposit to be refunded which is against the 14 days which is stated in the contract! Absolutely pathetic!</p>
