Never buy anything from these people
<p>After signing the sales agreement we decided to have the property inspected. The inspection found R30k of defects. Rawson Dowerglen at first tried to force us to proceed but eventually relented to a mediation. Then after the purchase the seller showed us how the alarm "works". When we move in we find the alarm is broken and needs to be replaced at a cost R8k. Agent couldn't care less claims it to be a patent defect when in fact the seller delebrately cheated us. </p>
