Maintenance issues

I rented a property through what I thought to be a reputable agency. I have logged 2 other complaints as well. I had a delay in moving in. Please note my rent is still up to date. Finally I moved in. I have had such appaling attitude and that I was not surprised to find for a 3rd time a water leak under the kitchen sink when I connected my washing machine. Never mind that there is no water outlet installed. Nor is the water pipe inlet of standard size which means I have to place the water outlet in the kitchen sink and this keeps faling out as there is no way to secure it. I also have to move the machine out from under the counter and ***** the water pipe to the basin tap. So you have no space to walk and cannot wash dishes whilst doing washing as it is the same tap. Why does an agent not check this. I wonder what the response will be. Sorry you did not specify it as a condition of lease the same as the curtain rails and bathroom mirrors. Sorry no trust in agency as they do the minimum as in previous experiences.
