leak from top flat

I have a terrible leak in my unit in bathroom area from the top unit that causes heavy mold and dampness in my bathroom,this leak has been there for the past two years and it caused MAJOUR mold and dampness I repainted my bathroom like 6 times already,the leak is worst now if the guy ontop showers my whole windowsill on the inside is soaking wet and you can see the water coming down through the wall and the Cornish , I complained severel times to John and Ian at Rawson but I have gotten nothing but empty promises ,this is mold and dampness is effecting my 5 year old boy who has a astma chest,i appeal to you PLEASE sort out the leak and repaint my bathroom as my whole bathroom is moulded even my grouting between my tiles is affected,please look into this with URGENCY!!!!
