Lack of response and assistance from Rawson Properties

<p>I bought an investment property that was managed by Rawson Properties Northriding. A lot of confusion and ugliness ensued when I tried to appoint my own property manager to replace Rawsons, which is not worth mentioning here.</p> <p> </p> <p>The bottom line is that Rawson has failed to respond to my queries dating back to April. They have withheld the contact details of my tenant from me, meaning that I am not able to contact the tenant directly to inform them that I am the new landlord. They have failed to let the tenant know who the new managing agent is, and have accepted rental from my tenant and have not paid it to me. Their excuse is that the principal of Rawson Properties North Riding has bronchites. This is not acceptable. I have to pay rates and taxes, levies and a bond instalment, and am not receiving any rent due to Rawson's hurt feelings that I fired them??? They have no right to collect rental onn my behalf and are maliciously keeping money that are not due to them, instead of paying it to me.</p>
