Karen Petersen Rawsons

I have been waiting for close to 2 years for my CoC for the house I purchased through the Rawson Agent Karen Petersen. This is unacceptable and she has been avoiding emails and phone calls. I am thoroughly disappointed in Rawson for it's lack of professionalism and I refuse to accept this behaviour. I don't know if all of Rawson's staff are as difficult to work with, but it reflects very poorly that they allow their clients to wait so long for something they had confirmed to have in their possession. 2 years is far too long to wait for something that important. And I refuse to stay silent about this anymore.
