Joke of a business

Pre-inspection was not properly done. Apartment was a mess when we moved in. Multiple plug outlets and sewage issues took weeks to resolve. Never recieved working remote. Communication non-existant. Estate agent and Head office blatantly **** about financial and maintenance matters. They held off on paying our deposit back until we threatened legal action.

Without a doubt, the worst customer experience of our lives. We will NEVER use Rawson again.
