Incorrect Legal Action

I have a unit which I let out, however as the tenant fell into arrears the monthly levies also went into arrears, I was then contacted by Riana Willemse Attorneys and made an arrangement to pay this arrear amount monthly, however due to the exorbitant attorney and interest charges monthly I decided to pay the full outstanding amount, and an amount of R8906.17 was paid to the Mananging Agents Rawsons Somerset West on the 01/12/2014. <br> <br> I have now discovered that the *********** Riana Willemse and Rawson Properties continued legal action and obtained a judgment against me on the 23/12/2014 this despite the payment being made already on the 01/12/2014 and the levies statement reflecting a paid up status. Furthermore at no stage was I ever served with a summons this despite me making payments and this despite me e-mailing them when payments were made to the account.<br> <br> I would now like this incorrect judgment to be rescinded, at the Managing Agent or Attorneys own costs and my credit bureau profile as well as my spouses be updated. Makes you wonder whether you can trust Rawsons Properties or the attorneys, who only want to ****** money from you with unnecessary legal action.
