Possibly the most *********** company I've dealt with in the years that I've been renting.

Their agents, particularly the Northcliff group, are notorious for ignoring tenants about issues that arise regarding the properties being rented; while stipulating that the landlords are not to be contacted at any point, leading to a complete halt in communication and the further destruction of property.

My fiancé and I have been renting a townhouse that has had an unlockable and unlatchable back door for the past 6 months as our agents have ignored our calls and emails for weeks and months on end; despite stressing that our valuables are at risk due to this security flaw.

This is just one of the MANY issues we've been having, and likely won't be renewing our lease in the months to come as we can't imagine spending years of our lives dealing with this joke of a company and its employees.
