Incompetency!!

In January 2018, my mother got into contact with Rawson with regards to selling their parents house. We were assisted by Nhlanganiso Sibanda who came to assess the house, my mother and her siblings met with him to sign documents and everything he requested from them, I made sure I mailed him whatever he requested.It’s 9 months later and through out all these months, not once did he make contact to give us feedback or let us know if the status of the sale. I made it my responsibility to call him and every time we called him, he’d tell me of what’s outstanding and what I need to send to him and I’d send whatever he wants and he’ll keep quiet for weeks again, I’ll call him again and he’ll tell me something else needs to be sent to him and I’ll send whatever and the cycle continued to date. My family never thought we’d have to go through so much drama and incompetence in selling a house, they’d appreciate the truth from him (Rawson) when he saw that he couldn’t help us instead of lying and dragging this sale for 9 months. Thanks but No Thanks for such terrible service!!!
