I WANT MY COMMISSION PAYOUT FROM RAWSON

Worked for this property company for 4 months, sold 4 properties. I fell ill & the Principal-Jackie DeVries said in the mtg infront of everyone that i am not allowed to be sick. I said, i will work from home & after a week they blocked my email. I then left, sent my resignation & joined another org. 1st Commission was paid on 07 August 2019, 2nd one-12 Sept 2019 and beginning of Oct 2019 for the 3rd one. Attorneys advised me when i enquired. I then sent Jackie a message on 13 Sep 2019 asking him to pay me. He read & didn't respond. I went to the office & he told me to f go to court if i want my money. He told me i must leave his office or he'll throw me out. I asked an attorney to send him a letter of demand, he responded & said i took loans-he ****! Attorney asked for proof of documents where i had signed, he couldn't produce & stopped responding.

I contacted Rawson Head Office in Cape Town, the MD-Mr Tony Clarke, told me to go to the CCMA! I want my money. I have used my own money and petrol to drive around to source sellers and buyers... just to enrich Jackie DeVries! This is *****, its evil & *********!
