I regret Using Rawson properties as the Agent to lease my property

I have property leased under Rawson property for over a year now. This month I have not received my monthly rental and is 15 days into the new month, the tenant has made the payment but the company doesn’t want to transfer the money to me. Secondly I was supposed to be paying 10% of the monthly rental to them for 10 months only for them to manage the property but it’s now over 5 months that they continued deducting the funds.

I have raised the issues with Bafana who was the Agent that assisted me but to date nothing has changed, I later on spake to someone who is responsible for managing the account which is handled by Nhlanganiso Sibanda and he doesn’t give me a clear understanding on why the hold up if the funds were received why can’t the make the payment to me.

I am really frustrated by how my situation is handled as no sense of urgency is been given to the matter, no one knows when will this be resolved.
