I regret doing business with you. Please return my property the way you found it

I leased my Cape Town property on a one year letting agreement with Rawson Properties Blaauwberg Rentals in December 2022 for a 10% commission management mandate. It has been a nightmare after nightmare when my payments were due. Either they were late, partially made, or not made at all. Despite all this, Rawson Properties agent named Janine Wulfse would still collect her full monthly commission. I have raised these concerns and outstanding payments in writing on numerous occasions but no proactiveness on addressing my issues from the agent. I have sent my complaint to Rawson Properties head office by email as well as telephonic conversations with Jacqui in November 2023 requesting for the termination of the mandate, the return of my property and settlement of all outstanding payments ASAP. Janine advised me that the tenant will be moving out at the end of November 2023 then extended by the agent to end of December 2023 and now the tenant will be moving out end of January 2024 according to the agent. I was promised by Rawson Properties that all outstanding payments will be settled directly into my account by 11th January 2024 and still nothing has been paid. I also asked for Rawson Properties to release the deposit the tenant paid when moving in, but discovered that this deposit is nonexistent despite being mentioned on the tenant's lease agreement. In total I am owed R35,556.00 by Rawson Properties and I still don't have possession of my property. I suspect that this tenant is related to the agent or her family. I regret giving my property to be managed by Rawson Properties.
