How to give your company a bad reputation

I have recently sold my property through Rawson Properties in Northriding. Due to being not properly informed by neither Rawson or their conveyancing attorneys Klinkenburg, the transfer of my COJ municipality bills have never been transferred to the new owner. After struggling to get this sorted out June responded to my email indicating that I in fact was responsible for doing so. This came as a surprise considering the Attorneys had advised me that the new owners were responsible for arranging the transfer.t When I forwarded this email to Rawson I received an email from June, the tone of which I have NEVER received from any client servicing staff in my life. When I advised her I would take the matter up with the attorneys she responded with 'I rest my case' This is neither appropriate nor professional. <br> <br> In short, I will never deal with Rawson again nor would I recommend them, unless of course you are partial to poor after sale service and bad attitudes from Client Liaison staff. <br> <br>
