Horrific service/ after sales service.

Gosh where do I start.

No updates provided if events take place in a complex, absolutely rude staff. Most horrible service. So lazy. Asked for assistance with a horrible tenant that continues and gets away with making noise at 02;00 and because it's not loud music they just don't care.brushing it off is their professional style. Don't expect customer service anytime soon, I get better feedback and updates from the owner directly so what do they get paid for???? Just don't work through them.
