Horrible service : Rawson properties Verulam- don't ever deal with Susan

<p>Wow!!. What a horrible experience dealing with Rawson properties Verulam. Susan has no idea what customer service means. I sold a property through Rawson, and theee months down the line the rates,water and lights have not been transferred, and I am being billed. I contacted Susan "my" agent who flatly said it's not her issue and I must go to the municipality myself., and contact the conveyancer, as it was not her job. When I said to her she is the agent and needs to resolve she subsequently cut my call. I will never deal with this horrible company ever again. They have no understanding of customer service !!</p>
