Horrible customer service

I wanted to share my experience dealing with the agent at Rawson, which felt a bit sketchy. Firstly, the agent didn't inform me that he would be unavailable for the viewing due to surgery, and instead, sent his "brother" in his place. During our conversation, he mentioned the minimum offer I could make, and after I agreed to that, I expressed that I wouldn't pay more than a certain amount due to transfer costs, which I know can be negotiated.

It's important to note that my offer for the house didn't change. However, the agent's response was to advise me not to send the paperwork back, stating that my offer would be declined regardless. This seemed very unprofessional to me.

Additionally, I had requested to hand the paperwork to the agent in person at their office, as I had never met him face-to-face, but I received no response to that request. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the level of service and communication.
