Harassment By Agents goes un-investigated by Head Office

I am being harassed by Agents after receiving Bogus Inquiries from a Stalker/Hacker/Troll. Wasting my time and the Agents Time . Despite several eMail requests to Flag/Delete all my details and advise ( if Possible ) of the IP address of this individual.
