********** electrical certificate

Rawson gave us a ********** electrical certificate & do not rectify the electrical errors even after their second electrician told them the electricity is not up to standard in order to pass a test required for the property to transfer. On 14 October 2014 we signed a contract to purchases a house through Rawson. We had to recomplete and resign the contract as it was not filled in properly. The house purchased had various electrical errors. As the purchase contract authorised Rawson to arrange for an electrical certificate we notified them. They told us that an electrical inspection was done and everything is in working order, they supp**** the electrical certificate from Electra Bug. After more complaints they finally agreed to send another electrician to perform a second inspection. A quote was supp**** to the value of R4 639.80 to fix the electricity for the house to pass the electrical requirements which is needed for a property transfer certificate to be issued. Transfer happened with ********** certificate. After several request to Rawson to complete the work, nothing happened to date. We received a gift from them where most items expired 3 months before we received the gift
