FORCED TO USE RAWSON TO MANAGE MY PROPERTY BY RAWSON AGENT

I purchased a property from a Rawson agent for investment purposes. The Agent told me that there was a tenant staying at the property at a time and asked if i want to keep the tenant or they must give tge tenant a notice. I said YES i want to continue with the tenant as long as they have a good paying track record otherwise i will source my own tenant. I also told the agent that i dont want my property managed by a property management company. I will manage is myself from the point of ownership.

Fast forward to now after my property has been registered to my name. The Rawson agent is telling me that Rawson will continue to manage the property for me until March 2018 and i should pay Rawson management fees or I should buy the tenant out of the contract. This was never discussed with me. Now i am being given an Ultimatum. I dont want Rawson to manage my property and I dont want to pay ANY management fees that's why i opted to manage my property myself.

I am very disappointed and angry with how this is handled. Why am i being forced to use a service i dont want.
