Extremely disappointing

I had an appointment with an agent named Kay Magagula today, which we had confirmed via phone and email. Without an email, a call or a message, she failed to arrive. When I tried calling, I got her voicemail, and when I called the office, no one answered. Extremely unprofessional! I have had good experiences with Rawson in the past, so I am disappointed to say that I will probably not try using them again.
