Extreamly awful service and Deposit refund turned from R8000 to negative R4000 with no damages to the property
<p>I once rented a property from Rawson Mokopane I got a perfect service with my deposit fully refunded in 20 days.</p> <p>But Vorna valley Rawson properties all they want is money, now we are suppose to pay R4000 instead of receiving R8000 rands deposit refund, with no damages to the property and it took 4 weeks before they could talk to us about the deposit.</p> <p>They are creating new clauses which are not in the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p> Very dissatisfied customer</p>
