Estate agents useless

Took me for a ride with offer to purchase dates. Lost deal because of there incompetence. Signed through another agent costing me an extra R150K. Now they claiming commission cause they introduced me to the seller. Done less than nothing to help me and want the money for it. Really pathetic.
