Estate agent not paying my share of rental income collected from tenant

I have a tenant that t was referred by the Rawson properties based in Montclair Durban, occupation started in November 2021, the tenant based on proof of payments is paying on time, for December rent tenant paid Rawson on 30 November 2021 I got payment from Rawson on 1 January 2022, for January 2022 rent, tenant paid on 30 December 2021 but as of today 7 January 2022 still waiting for Rawson to pay me. Even the first payment was only made after inquiring, no inquiry no payment and no communication from the company explaining reason leading to non payment. The agency is getting 10% for collecting rent etc so as they are failing to pay my portion on time, how they would have followed up on non-payment if it was the tenant delaying payment. In 2019 I lost 3 months rental equivalent to R21000 now I even wonder if the tenant did not pay them later and they then decided not to pay as was no longer inquiring, even on that case I was the one who was chasing the tenant for payment even serving the tenant with letter to vacate, so disappointing with such level of incompetence and unreliability and based on their action they should be paying me what would have been paid by tentant for late payment.
