Empathy, Enthusiasm, Ethics!

Just a short note to say that we are extremely impressed as a family about the level of empathy and professionalism from property consultant Wilma Badenhorst at Rawson Properties, Elardus Park, Pretoria, South Africa, in the successful transfer of a property of family member with far developed Alzheimer disease. <br> <br> Wilma took time to list the property correctly regarding Comparative Marketing Analysis, and advising my aunt on best ways to market, taking time to explain everything repeatedly and with great empathy. They were prepared to work with open mandate, and after (I stand to be corrected) only two show house presentations, helped to put together an Agreement of Sale (subject to the sale of another property) with buyers with a approved bond.
