Dont use Rawson Properties

Rawson were the managing agents of a small flat that I rent out.<br> The tenant sent the agent notice to inform them that they will not be renewing the lease on Dec 2014. The lease ended on 31 January.<br> The managing agent never bothered to inform me, the client and the owner of the unit.<br> Despite numerous emails in Jan to find out what is happening, no response<br> 2 days before the end of the month, i finally managed to contact Selou and he told me the tenant was moving.<br> their effort from them and head office to resolve the matter has been no-existent and unproffessional<br> <br> <br> this is on top of failing to arrange for maintenance repairs which they were supposed too.
