Do they care ?

<p>Just driven 8 hours for a holiday booked through rawson property rentals 4 months ago only to be told that the accommodation booked in ramsgate didn't have water and we would be booked into an alternative accommodation , wow what a dump of a place , no pool, air con or flat screen tv, the place was filthy and cupboards full of ******* , I would t even let my pets sleep in a place like that, and then to add to the nightmare when driving out of the dump of a place my tyre gets sliced on a piece of metal in the drive way ! I contacted the agent who really couldn't care less and so rude and was told that was the only accommodation they could give me , I asked for money back so I could try on an afternoon of a public holiday to try and find alternative accommodation to which he gave me only 3/4 of my money back and told me the rest I would have to get back from lekkeslaap as that was their cut !</p> <p>I am absolutely disgusted how we were treated and the pure lack of care that a family now had no where to stay despite booking and paying in full way in advance , if this is how the whole of Rawson is then you guys really need to do something but I will be taking this to all the social media and even taking out a few articles in the national papers as to how Rawson treat their customers , I welcome your reply as I will be taking this as far as I can so that everyone knows of the ***** dealings Rawson does as well as to what my legal team will do with this !!</p> <p>Utterly disgusted</p> <p>#Rawson property group is cons</p>
