Do not advertise if you do not want to sell

I contacted the agents ( Cathy Mill and Chantal Teale) to obtain a viewing and asked to have OTP as I would like to buy. I made an appointment and I asked that they have the OTP with when I came to view with my mom whcih they initially agreed to then later was told it would be busy so it will be emailed to me. I do not understand how it would be busy if it is per appointment and I was the only person viewing. <br> When I got to the house Cathy Mill was discouraging me on buying the property which both my mom and I were taken aback by.<br> I asked that the OTP be emailed to me which it was but was pre-populated with the amount it was advertised at already. I completed this and sent back with my pre approved bond letter. On enquiry of feedback I asked whether offer was accepted or not and was told a higher offer was accepted of which I was surprised at as my OTP was already pre-populated and I had no option to offer a higher or lower price. <br> If there was no intention to sell this property then my time and my moms should not have been wasted by viewing time and filling out forms. This unprofessional treatment.
