Dissapointed

I am Highly disappointment in the treatment I got from a Rawson Estate agent he was so rude and un professional. I was suppose to view a property and be there by 3:30pm, but unfortunately these roads are not mine alone and there are robots, I was stuck in traffic and was a 10 minutes late, while on Wilson road I called to tell him im seconds away and I got a lashing about how he could not wait for me, and the owners need to go, but he said the property will be available for viewing between 2-4pm, I still had 20 minutes, me arriving at 15:40pm would have allowed ample time for viewing , id probably be done I 10 minutes. I could not get a word in when I called, he was shouting that he was going, that means he didn't want a deal and couldn't careless. the level of Unprofessionalism I received from this agent was just.... not forgetting that I drove 160km/h from Bedford view in traffic to accommodate the 15:30pm viewing, waiting ten minutes would not have made a difference. he is rude and I don't understand how he can be an estate agent and not care about potential customers, shouting and rude manner does not work in this business of Sales /rental of property.
